Forged Spirit coaching and neurofeedback brand in Las Vegas

Train the brain behind your performance

Attention, regulation, and resilience shape how you think, focus, and execute.

Neurofeedback strengthens that foundation through structured, real-time training.

What is Neurofeedback?

HOw we support you

Neurofeedback is a structured brain training process that allows you to observe your brain activity in real time and strengthen healthier patterns through guided sessions.

Neurofeedback does not diagnose or treat conditions. Instead, it supports self-regulation by helping the brain recognize and reinforce patterns associated with focus, calm, adaptability, and resilience.

It is training, not talk therapy.  It is skill development for your nervous system.

We offer individualized neurofeedback sessions designed to support goals such as focus, stress regulation, mental clarity, and performance.

Think of neurofeedback as a gym for your brain — a structured environment where your brain receives real-time feedback and practices new patterns through repetition.

Like physical training, progress is built through consistency.

Neurofeedback can stand alone or integrate with coaching to help translate in-session gains into everyday performance.

FAQS

What makes neurofeedback different from other types of training?

Neurofeedback provides real-time information about brain activity, allowing the brain to learn from its own patterns. Rather than practicing strategies alone, the training focuses on strengthening the brain’s underlying regulation systems.
